How does it work?
As the high flow inline duct fan passes through the tiny honeycombs of the charcoal filter and network of activated RC-412 Activated Australian carbon, the odor molecules and other harmful substances are trapped within the carbon to allow clean air to pass through the filter and exit through the inline power fan.The carbon filter combo easily eliminates odors in the indoor garden.

What size fan do I need?
IS THIS THE RIGHT SIZE FOR YOUR FILTERING NEEDS?
Effective treatment requires the exchange of air in the growing area in 5 minute periods. Calculate your requirements by multiplying the width times the length times the height of your growing area to obtain the total cubic feet. Divide this number by 5 to determine the proper filter size needed.
For example, if your growing area is 5 feet long by 5 feet wide by 5 feet tall, it contains a total of 512 cubic feet. To treat this area in five minutes, you would need to use a fan with a CFM (cubic feet per minute) rating of approximately 102. The 6-inch fan in this system is rated at 620 cfm (airflow from the chart below), so this combo is good for any medium to large-sized grow room! It’s always better to have a little more filtering than a little less for the most effective results.
